About Nathan

A universally respected appellate attorney, Judge Nathan Petrashek was appointed by Governor Tony Evers to District I of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals representing all of Milwaukee County. Nathan’s longtime service in the Court of Appeals and work in the legal community earned him accolades and support from judges across the State, including all of the judges he currently serves with in District I. He is a first-generation attorney and committed to upholding individual rights, access to justice, and the rule of law.
